We are an aparthotel company that entered the market more than 10 years ago. Since then, we have accommodated thousands of satisfied guests from all over the world. Our top priority is to make our guests feel comfortable and contented while they enjoy magical Prague to the fullest.

We run 8 well-located residences locally—all of them right in the heart of the historical center and a short walking distance to Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. All eight residences of Prague Residences are uniquely themed apartments that are designed to enhance our guests’ Prague experience. Whether you are eco-conscious, artistic, romantic, or curious, we have room for everyone.

Our spacious apartments are fully-equipped and combine a high level of comfort and luxury. Some of our apartments are located in historic buildings or on famous streets, while others are at locations overlooking spectacular views of Prague. Free WiFi, high quality toiletries and bed linen, and kitchenware are provided in all apartments.

Check-ins are fully assisted and our friendly staff are available 24 hours a day. We only recommend restaurants and tours that we ourselves like. Our aim is for our guests to know Prague the way locals do.
